There are a number of areas across England which are designated as Special Protection Areas (SPA). New developments in these areas often require the developer to provide the council an amount of Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space (SANG) as part of the planning conditions.
We have access to acres of SANG land and can assist with acquiring it.
